Meditation: Brainwave activity is going from Beta, through Alpha through Theta to Delta
Self Hypnosis; Brainwave activity from Beta to Mid Alpha.
Concentration: Brainwave activity from Beta to low Alpha.
Relaxation: Brainwave activity is going from Beta, through Alpha to Theta.
These brainwave settings decrease brainwave activity.
How to listen to these:
- Maintain an attitude of Intent, Love and Positivity.
- Use and MP3 or CD player. Use comfortable head phones
- Put the volume as low as what you would like
- Begin at 10 minutes and increase up to an hour
